What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept the following:

Credit Cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Network.

Trovati Gift Cards:
To use online, enter the gift card number on the Billing Information page in Checkout.

Paypal:
To pay with Paypal, choose Paypal as your method of payment and follow the directions.

At this time we cannot accept cash, CODs, checks, or money orders for online purchases.

How do I change my email preferences?

If you’d like to stop receiving emails from Trovati, please navigate to a recent Trovati email. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the ‘unsubscribe from this list’ link. Enter your email and click the ‘unsubscribe’ button. You will now be removed from the Trovati mailing list.

If you would like to receive emails from Trovati regarding promotions, discounts, and news. Please email us at TrovatiStudio@gmail.com telling us you’d like to be added to the Trovati mailing list.

How do I change my credit card information?

Credit card information is entered at checkout. Trovati will not store any patron’s credit card information.

What if my items arrive damaged?

Damaged items are eligible for a full refund in the original form of payment once the item is returned and we have confirmed the damage.

If you receive any damaged merchandise, please contact Trovati at CustomerCare@TrovatiStudio.com. Please provide us with your order number, you may be asked to provide photos of damaged shipping containers and the damaged merchandise.

Can I exchange an item?

Any item can be exchanged if it available and if it is eligible for return. To start an exchange, contact Trovati within 14 days of the date the item shipped just as you would for a return. Let us know that you wish to exchange the item. You will be asked to repurchase the item in another size and send the item you wish to return back to Trovati for processing. When you send the return item back to Trovati, you must include the order number for the item you repurchased and wish to exchange. We will credit a refund to your original method of payment.

How do I return an item?

We encourage you to first read our return eligibility before moving forward with a return. If you feel that your item is eligible for return, please contact Trovati with the order and item number you wish to return. Once you hear confirmation from Trovati you can send your item back for a refund. Please attach your shipping label to the outside of the box and include the original order slip with your items. You can drop your package off at any UPS location. Item(s) that are eligible for return must be received by Trovati within 21 days of the date that the item was received.

When will my account be credited?

Once we have received your package, we will send you an email that we have on file to let you know that your return has been received. Your return will be entered into our system for processing which generally takes 72 hours. At that time a credit will be issued.

Please note that credit card refunds will normally take 3-5 business days to appear on your statement. Also, please be aware that it may take 10 days or more for your items to return to Trovati depending on your location.

What items are eligible for returns?

Trovati strives to have a generous and accommodating return policy. Because we have many international brands and custom pieces that come to us from abroad, some items cannot be returned.

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstance:

  • Artwork
  • Jewelry
  • Trovati Branded Handbags
  • Custom Orders (including furniture and decorative accessories)
  • Recycled Outdoor Planters by Swahili African Modern
  • Anywhere Fireplace Fue
  • Sale Items

The following items can be returned with 25% restocking fee.

  • Decorative Pillows
  • Rugs
  • Throws
  • Home Decor
  • Fireplaces

All other items are eligible for return/exchange.

Item(s) that are eligible for return must be received by Trovati within 21 days of the date that the item was received. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in their original packaging including hangers, dust bags, gift boxes, and plastic wrap.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before it is shipped only if you contact Trovati within 12 hours of the order. This applies only on business days, otherwise the order is unable to be cancelled.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on orders over $125 within the contiguous 48 US states. Expedited shipping is available for select items. Shipping rates on orders under $125 are calculated based on the purchased item's weight and dimensions.

Shipping costs are for internet order processing, packaging, transport, and handling. Due to some items’ weight, size, required special packaging, freight delivery, or country of origin, some items require additional charges. Items that require additional charges are indicated within the product description.

Please email customer service at patronservices@trovatistudio.com for shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any other US islands.

For international orders, please email us and we will provide a shipping quote for your approval. Customs and International country taxes may be applicable and are not included in the shipping rates.

Please note that since some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and others are shipped from our warehouse, some orders will arrive in separate packages. Some products coming from overseas may take longer to arrive.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Trovati is required to collect sales tax on orders that are shipped to Florida addresses. Patrons are responsible for all VAT, sales taxes, and import duties for international orders.
